As I remember, the Writing topics were:

• Task 1: Your Company had a meeting in a hotel recently. You faced problem related to facilities in meeting room. Write letter to Manager and suggest ways to improve.
• Task 2: Now a days more and more people are wearing fashionable clothes. Do you think attitude towards being fashionable is a positive or negative development. Discuss both aspects, give examples and state your opinion.

Well! This one we had in Pakistan, Karachi also. I wonder how you remember it all. Though most of the answers I can still recall, have different opinion about few:

Name: Welsham (as I remember)
Address: Northlane (I recall only one word was allowed)
Not sure about: How much information to include, I think it was another choice which seemed right.
Know & expect (did use knows and expect, wrote what I exactly heard)
Measure happiness (I think it was never satisfied because he says people keep seeking for more, God knows what's right)

I did gt from dubai and i have no idea abt ur answers u are talking about!! My listening first part was a lady applying for humen care on phone..also about bees and how they flies blabla..
Reading last part was abt north africa sahara.
And writing was about appreciation letter to teacher and overdosed shopping
