I have got ielts average 6.5(L-7.5,W-6.0,R-6.5,S-5.5) 10th-93% and 12th -91% ,CGPA-7.2(6th), is there any problem for visa permit for this profile ? please reply as soon as possible.

What visa are you talking about?
Assuming PR, you need 6 band in every module to be eligible, so you'll need to take IELTS again.
