Dear all, I am planning to start my immigration process and for the ECA I want my Three year Diploma transcripts from Punjab state board of technical education. They say that I have to apply through WES. How far is it true and if anyone has got their transcripts from PSBTE could you please let me know the complete process. I shall be greatly thankful. Sorry for the long delay in responding. I got my transcripts from PSBTE and here is the process that I followed. I first started the application on WES website and paid the fee post which I got my registration number. Write a letter to the registrar for issuing the transcripts, attach a copy of all your mark sheets and diploma certificate with the letter. Carry an envelope and mention your WES reference number on it. The fee I believe is INR 500 for transcripts and 100 for manuscripts. this will be a time consuming and cumbersome process. Do make sure that you reach the office before 12noon as the lady who manages all this is a real pain in the neck. She is on leave most of the time but persistence can help.
Hi - thanks for the update ! I have a couple of questions and any help would be greatly appreciated. Do you have to go there yourself or can someone else apply on your behalf? Did they give the transcripts to you in person or did they mail it to you? How many times did you have to visit their office? If you are going for immigration, then you do not need the transcripts for 12th standard. If it is for some other purpose then the best option will be to visit the CBSE's regional office and they should be able to help you. Check this link http://www.cbse.nic.in/faq/dup.htm this should help.Th
