Hi,
My spouse has done his medical in Nov 2017 from India, before he came to Canada in Dec 2017 on SOWP.
We got an ITA recently, and I was wondering whether he would require to do it again as his test is still valid as CIC says medical exams are valid for 1 year.
Also, If he does not need to do it, how do we submit it to CIC, as the Medical Test Center (in India) had directly submitted it to the CIC for the SOWP Application.
In short, does CIC have a record of my husband's medical and know that it is still valid and not required for PR application?
Thanks in advance.
