Does Spouse and Child get PR Status if applicant is Successful

Good Day All

My spouse got an invite to apply for PR under express entry, but I am wont be able to accompany him right away.

I noticed the application for PR now requires alot of my information. SO my question is, if he gets the PR would I get mines at the same time, (pending successful, medical, security, english testing etc evaluations).

He put not accompanying in the form with regard to my status. My intent is to accompany him afterwards.

Pse advise.

He can sponsor you but do note this can take up to 12 months.

Thank you, what about the child would he need to sponsor the child as well?
