How long does ECAS add a line Medical results have been received after pass medical in My CIC?

Few days
My wife’s medical was finished June 11 n they added it on June 15 as “received”

To me, GCkey said medical pass but ECAS still don't add line Medical received.

When i seen my online status.then i send a letter about this correspondence letter.after a week they replied below

Note:now my question why this one ?i didnt recived any correspondence letters from them?and also they req me med on 14 dec 17.and i did on 18 dec and week later its medical results have been recived and yet no news? guys is any problem?

Hi everyone, I need help. SGVO asked for PCC again but we submitted PCC in November when my file was still in Mississauga. My lawyer provided a copy of the PCC and proof that it has already been submitted. My question is should I wait and see what Singapore VO says, or should I go ahead and try to get a new PCC?

Recently I got a new passport. If I get a new PCC, should I use the new passport or the old passport to get it? My old passport is not expired yet, but I am running out of pages so I got the new one. My application was submitted mentioning the old passport.

I think you should apply new PCC with new passport and send it for Sing to process checking background. They are waiting for supplying new PCC.

Yes, that's what I was thinking. Unfortunately it's an arduous process where I am applying from. Thanks for you suggestion.
