Do you have a job offer from an employer in Canada and has that employer obtained an approved LMIA?

You'll need to do this first before you can apply for a work permit.

There are no jobs or employers on this forum. You'll need to apply for jobs through reputable job sites such as indeed and linkedin.

Most employers are not willing to go through the LMIA process since it's so long and expensive with no guarantee of approval. So generally speaking, it's extremely difficult to get a job offer.
