How did you uploaded your medical to your online account Did your doctor uploaded it? Did it show on your account that you have sent the medical?

My account shows the same and I mailed them a couple of times, this is what I got from them:

"Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

The situation that you have described is the result of an ongoing technical problem. We are currently looking into it and will resolve it as soon as possible."

My AOR was 10th August 2017 and until today 03rd February 2018 no MR
