If you're applying common law you have to be able to prove you have lived together continuously for 12m with no breaks. Tenancy agreement would count if it demonstrates that.

Okay, so the tenancy agreements count as Civil Status Documents then? Because we are already including them in the "Proof of Relationship to Sponsor" section as our rental agreements.
