I had my speaking test today, it was about outdoors activities, Advertisements,
Cue card was " a special day you enjoyed that did not cost much" what did you do ? with whom? How did you feel? why do you think it was special?

Actually you can not depend on the answers assuming you have got some.
Firstly, because maximum chance is there you will be provided some different question set. IELTS authority are well aware about the time-zone.
And secondly, people's answers does not talk about the question fully. Those who faced the questions may co-relate the answers but those who did not, will have no clue.

It would be a blunt decision to depend on answers posted in some forum.
