I applied gcms notes in Nov and received them in December . Eligibility pending for review and criminality , medical passed. There is due date mentioned on notes does that mean anything for ndvo?? . Mine was 06/02/2018 for eligibility.

Info sharing between US and Canada, does anybody know when it is done, at what stage and how long it takes?

Still waiting for aor 2 from ndvo...
In process since Feb 2..
Is there a way to ask ndvo.. Regarding application or is it too early to ask..

i've noticed that May applicants who were interviewed were contacted for the interview in November/ December. Even if they needed extra documents, they were also contacted back then. Can we safely assume that those who have not been contacted during those times are in good terms, and are just waiting for DMs. Since it's NDVO nobody knows anything and its just so frustrating, but it would be so annoying that people who have waited all these months, without any contacts from them, don't get a straight DM. I really hope at least all of us who have not been contacted by NDVO get a straight DM without any hiccups. I would hope that they most likely would have separate piles for those getting interviewed/ needing extra documentation versus those just waiting for a straight forward back ground check. GRRRRRR!!!!!!

I think people who r waiting from 8-10 months, gonna have interview.
Mine application recvd June 2, 2017
July 16 first and aug 8 second aor
Waiting for DM and PPR

That makes no sense. Most April applicants got DM in January which is 9 months of wait, without any interview for most. The average wait time with NDVO is 9-10 months currently. Almost all May applicants are waiting right now (which means they are going on 9 months now)- So you are saying all of them are going to get interviews? So please don't make such statements when you are not sure about it. That raises anxiety in people who are patiently waiting.

Hello Experts!!

Needed advise!!
Should I apply for wifey's TRV as a tourist in April/May 2018. I would take a trip in April and then planning to apply for a TRV for her after.

If yes, What do i need to submit to support the app?

Any advises are welcome!!
Cheers!

Personally I would suggest YES! Since you are a Jan 2018 applicant- the wait is brutally long right now (average 8-10 months). No harm in applying for TRV and giving it a shot. Hope your wife gets it! However, I suggest that you should apply now, rather than after you take the trip- that way if you get it, you can both come together after your India trip!

Any advise on documentation to support her visit?
