My mother has a multiple entry tourist visa here in Canada (valid till April 2022). She enter Canada April 2016. Were able to extend her stay for till June 2018. But she exit Canada Nov. 2017. Just wondering if she can come back by June 2018 because she has a multiple entry visa.

IF YOU CAN SHOW YOUR STRENGTH IN YOUR COUNTRY REGARDING FINANCES, TRAVEL HISTORY, GOOD STABLE JOB, FAMILY, ANY LAND OWNERSHIP ETC.
MORE OVER IF YOU HAVE FAMILY OR FRIEND IN CANADA WILL MAKE THINGS MORE POSITIVE. ITS BETTER TO APPLY AFTER COMPLETING AND CONSIDERING ALL THESE THINGS.

WELL, THATS THE MISTAKE ON YOUR PART. YOU MUST WAIT FOR 3-4 MONTHS BEFORE RE-APPLYING NEW TRV. HOPE FOR THE POSITIVE OUTCOME AND GOOD LUCK. KEEP US POSTED ABOUT THE OUTCOME OF YOUR TRV DECISION.

Even though you provide all the documents, there must be something missing in your application which cause 2 refusals. You need to address the actual reason.
