btw Is your work permit open ?
If it is bounded with the employer then unfortunately your PNP will be effected. As per my knowledge if you change the job, you will have to inform your PNP which will put you in a Que again to issue a new nomination certificate. No, closed..
As I was inform. CIC told me they don't care if I have a job or not and process will continue as normal, cause I'm already on the CIC stage and already pass requeriments. Pnp told me that if I got fire "my case", then I have to inform and try to get new employer. PNP will not issue new certificate, they will check that new employer will met same requeriments to keep existing nomination. If it is bounded with the employer then unfortunately your PNP will be effected. You can still file your nominee at federal level and try your luck. But since you will have to mention your job history to date, chances are they will return your file.
You can also check with a lawyer to seek an advice if you should apply with your current nominee.
(Wait for others' suggestion too)
Hmm, You didn't mention you are at the Federal level. Well in that case you dont have to worry about it. Even you don't need to tell PNP (that's just a suggestion not a right thing to do) because if you are 2016 applicant your PNP certificate might already have expired. As I was inform. I don't need LMIA 'cause I was fire, as soon as I get employer, need to send docs to PNP and will issue letter to get new wp.
I'm dec 2016 applicant, and soon will receive medicals.
Pnp will take 3 months to issue letter. What happen if I get close to PR? Or get it before finding new one? Thats what I want to know..
PNP said they don't give specific time to find new employer but they want to see effort doing that.
I received this from PNP when I informed:Oh you didn't mention you already have a file at the federal level

CIC to do not check those things as they are not required at the federal level.Hope this will clarify things

Usually CIC do not go after PNP applicants once they have Que up the applicant. Although province may check but even that a has very minimum chance.I received this from PNP when I informed:

I already found prospective employer, I think he qualified because of wage, time of business and everything in order but PNP has the last word on that, and if I send papers then the ball is on their side. I'm a truck driver.Usually CIC do not go after PNP applicants once they have Que up the applicant. Although province may check but even that a has very minimum chance.
The one thing thats bothering me is what if you do not quality in the NOC-A,B,C or O on your new job. If you find one in theses category then just update PNP (still its just an update)
You are right about PNP.I already found prospective employer, I think he qualified because of wage, time of business and everything in order but PNP has the last word on that, and if I send papers then the ball is on their side. I'm a truck driver.
The second thing is because I got fired my employer is holding my last cheque, means I don't have money to pay last installment to the lawyer and lawyer wants the money or else will not give me medicals letter request. I'm trying to figure out what to do...
Thanks for prompt answers...
In your opinion, why has to be the last option?, he already know my situation, but right now no one can reach him to negotiate. So in the meantime I'm loosing time "CIC give 30 days to send medicals".You are right about PNP.
For your Lawyer, I think you can negotiate with him that you gonna pay him in instalments or something like that. The last option is to remove him as your representative by letting CIC know. In this case CIC will send you medical request directly (but I would say that would be the last option)
Last option is because you will not have good relations with him ever. I would avoid tensions between me and my lawyer. But I would suggest let CIC know about it because at this moment you need to get through medical (don't be bothered about the lawyer) CIC will give you time to submit it within next 30-90 days. I would suggest talk to CIC that you want to remove your representative. On the side, fill up the forms and upload it (remember to keep a record that u informed CIC about removing the representative)In your opinion, why has to be the last option?, he already know my situation, but right now no one can reach him to negotiate. What I see CIC , due to delay in medical submission may reject your application, which you can challenge within a certain period of time. Although this may extend processing time of your application, however, you still be able to continue with your process (and that is why at that time a proof of email would be necessary).
If you can talk to CIC agent and they agree to send you the forms to remove the representative that will also be a good thing.
(PS: Once I remove my lawyer even then I would try my best to pay his fees at my earliest just to ease up things between him and I. You must have given him all the documents at the start of application. Try to pacify situation with him and not make it worse.
Also, once you remove him from the file, he will get an email from CIC notifying about it. He can file a case against you that you haven't paid his due amount. My advice would be to avoid such tensions and try to make payments (even in instalments) so that he can trust you. That's why it will be the last option)
