First of all I wish to say thank you to all you guys who help us in filling out these forms.

you guys are amazing.

I am a Canadian citizen and my wife is in Fiji,,she has 2 kids aged 18 and 15.

I have 3 questions:

(1)..IMM5532 Part C --Question# 7 asks do your close friends, family and children know about our relationship.
When they say family are they referring to parents and brothers and sisters as well.
The box provided is not that long as we had a lot of friends and family members know about us.. How do
we state all of those...can I write the names of others in a separate sheet of paper and attach that with
the application form...

(2).IMM5532 Question 9 asks who attended the wedding..The specific one asks:
Did sponsor's other family members or relatives attend wedding...now I have 3 brothers and only 1 attended as the other 2 could not take time off but sent us cards.

So do I say to the box or no.

(3)..IMM5532 Question 11 says is there more information you wish to share to support your relationship?

what exactly do we state here.

thanks

1) Yes, they are referring to parents, siblings, close friends, etc. You can put your parents on one line, your spouse's parents on the next line, and pick a few siblings and friends for the following lines. You can attach a sheet listing more people if you'd like to do so, but they aren't asking you to list every single friend and family member, they only want you to provide some examples.

2. Since you had another family member attend the wedding, you can answer yes. It's not asking if all your family members attended, it's asking if *any* of them did.

3. Some people choose to share a timeline of their relationship here (i.e - this is how our relationship progressed, the important dates, when you got engaged, when you got married, etc). As well as the progression of their "love story" or what their relationship means to them. Anything that can help in making your relationship seem legitimate.

For Part C - question 7. for date they met sponser or principal applicant does it mean if you say friend of principal applicant , then it is the date they met the sponser and vice versa?

For Part C - question 9 - did any of the following people go to any of the events - since we have no children do we leave Children if applicable as it blank?

7. Yes

9. Check "no", and in the box explain that there are no children and therefore, N/A. Use the box to explain any "No" answers from the 6 check boxes

good day,

I would appreciate if I could get some answers to these inquires as well pertaining to IMM 5532:

1. Part C, No. 4

How do I mention that we have met multiple times per week since the beginning of our relationship? What do I type into the space ? What timeframe for visits do I use if we have been meeting each week? Can I use the timeframe from the beginning of the relationship until present as the date and mention in the section 'who travels to visit whom' type that my wife visits me multiple time per week? What do you write here if your spouse and you meet every week?

2. Part A, No. 4

What is the required response for the highest level of education question? I am to select just the option that indicates my highest level of education and type the amount of years for just that single level or am I to select all my previous education levels attained until the highest mentioning the number of years for each level?

Thank you for your assistance.

We filled and sent it the other way around in Q7. i.e the date since when my parents knew me.
Will it result in an application rejection ??

hello to all and thanks for answering the quetions. could someone please answer my question?
My partner and I have been asked to provide the IMM5532 form for our relationship evaluation. The form is for a sponsor and a principal applicant, while my partner is the principal applicant and I'm the dependent and we have no sponsor. We are applying together in one application also none of us is a PR or citizen of Canada yet. we are thinking to fill the form as my partner (the principal applicant) as the sponsor and myself (the dependent) as the PA. has anyone had the similar issue? should we contact CIC and ask for another form, or just fill the same one? any other suggestions?
