We submited our pr application under PNP stream and still waiting for cic decision.. at the same time I have received an acceptance from a university in NS ..
Can I apply for the study permit now or it will impact our pr application?
Would it cause a problem with our pr application ?
I just need a plan B to feel more comfort

Please help.me with my decision
