Hello everyone, I have some questions regarding FSW stream

1. Is experience of 23 months can be counted as 2 yrs experience if worked more than 40 hrs per week ?
2. Is LMIA mandatory for valid job offer in Canada?

1 - No.
2 - No. Those with LMIA exempt work permits which are employer specific (closed work permits) can also have a valid job offer.
