Question about the proof of work experience

Hi,

I lost my job offer for my present job in Canada, so can I use a reference letter signed by my present manager as alternatives to prove my one year Canada work experience and NOC qualification?

Assuming that I will accumulate one year experience next June, but my T4 only indicates my period until next April, so can I use my pay stubs as alternatives to prove that I work one year in Canada.

The reference letter is not an alternative but rather the document you must produce in order to prove your work experience. The job offer is not used for this purpose.

What is job offer used for? because I saw in document checklist for EE that applicant has to provide offer letter.
