did u sent completly a new application or was it the same old form with a explenation letter?if you did send with a letter with explenation and old form then i dont think you will have problem.one of the applicant application was being returned saying the form was old .it depends how actually was your second application was.

yes i include all new forms including current updated physical presence calculation but i included a cover letter which explains my Reapplication story and i still used the fee form the same one that i had sent with the 1st Application

At least u found out they have ur file.Dont know how does cic works.people from october 16 are still waiting for aor and they are already sending aor for december applicants.all of sudden there were lot of aor for left over oct and then again they slowed on last friday and saturday.hope we all get aor by this week.

Yeah. This at least helped. It is weird the way CIC works.

I took the following:
1. The delivery certificate from Canada Post (Shows who signed for the application when delivered)
2. Tracking Number Canada Post.
3. Payment Receipt CIC.
4. any communications from CIC ie response from the webform.

Updated. Congrats!!

It looks like Vancouver opened test date for March 01, as 5 applicants from Vancouver today reported test of March 01.
