Hello,

I was wondering if you can change your working holiday visa into a startup visa whilst being in Canada? For any country restrictions laws: I am coming from Slovenia.

The start up program doesn't give you a temporary visa - it's an immigration program that people use to get permanent residency. Yes - you can apply for PR through the start up program while in Canada on a working holiday visa. Note that apply for PR through the start up program does not allow you to remain in Canada or continue working after your working holiday visa expires.

If you are approved through the start up program, you'll be able to remain in Canada as a PR.

However what I'm talking about is the period of time between when your working holiday visa ends and your start up application is approved.
