Hi Everyone,
I was having the same issue. NA wasn't working so I put it blank as someone mentioned in the forum that CIC site says where NA is not acceptable you can leave it blank. I left it blank and it worked for me.
Hope this helps!

Hi, I have received ITA and in the process of filling up my application.type "N/A"
Yes, it should be fine! IRCC focuses on other stuff and writing “N/A” doesn’t make any difference to the application.Hi, I have received ITA and in the process of filling up my application.
Street number: N/A is accepted in application but is it valid?
Thank you.
