Spousal Sponsorship in-land Applications 2017 timeline and updates

Oh, same thing with my request. Letter and deadline dated 26 January. I was only able to upload both Schedule A and Police Certificate 29 January. I phoned them yesterday but I was only able to get through an agent this morning. The agent said if I was able to upload and transmit them then, there's no problem because when it's really overdue, I wouldn't be able to do so. The upload option will be locked, if ever. I will have to keep checking my account, though. Just to make sure.

Good to know! I did upload but when I clicked to submit that document it said overdue. It when through normally but it’s so unfair if it was overdue I had less than 4h to do it with a broken website. And technically MTN time we were still on Jan 30 hahahahaha

I think everything will work out fine but it’s scary.

After linking I saw a message inside my account asking for the schedule A background check form in a PDF letter. The letter dated today and it said that the form needed to be upload until today too but the website is broken and login in a GCKEY account it’s been nearly impossible or a matter of luck. Anyways, I filled out a web form. Didn’t know what to do. My IM5669 was ready but couldn’t upload it. Very frustrating.

Edit: I was able to submit it after trying like a bajillion times. IRCC really tests our nerves.

I (PA) got an email from Client-update-mise-a-jour@cic.gc.ca with the title
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada: Information about FXXXXXXXXX. This email basically only says you have 7 days to link your account online and when you do there’s a message inside your account. It’s a PDF letter asking for your background check and police certificate. I sent my police certificate upfront so they only asked background check.

Congrats they will probably send you a copy of the COPR and you'll have to sign and resubmit you to them online and then u can go to service Canada to get your new Sin number.

I just wanted to add that this interview on March 5th, is exactly 12 months since I received my AOR (March 5 2017).

I received my OWP back in the mail today as incomplete stating it was missing:
A current, completed and signed Application to Change Conditions, Extend My Stay, or Remain in Canada as a Worker (IMM 5710) completed and validated online.
It then wants me to mail the entire package, including all requested documents to CPC Vegreville.

This has crushed me a bit as its even stamped that it was received in Mississagua Nov 14, 2017.

I believe my issue was printing the validated IMM 5710 form (stupidly) instead of printing and signing it. In this case I print and actually sign and probably also try to upload the validated form online? I'm unsure of knowing if I've made an additional error on the form thats the actual cause of the return i.e., Would they have marked anything on the form if they needed it?

I did also make sure this is the most up to date form!

Didn't they send a letter along with the returned application stating what the problem was?

Hi, I have been reading this forum for a while but haven't posted before. Was anyone here on International Experience Canada before applying for PR? I am confused because I have seen a few people say that IEC applicants are not on implied status while their PR is being processed if their work permit expires? I also realise that I cant extend my IEC work permit, but can I apply for a new work permit and if so, which boxes should I tick when I submit the work permit application? My work permit doesn't expire until April 2018 but I don't expect to have a decision made on my common law PR application until August

how does the sponsor approval look?

My spouse (the principal applicant) received his AOR email already, and today I got an email that reads: 'This confirms that your application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class has been received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC)'.

It looks more like an AOR than SA. Is there such thing as a second AOR, that happens to arrive 24 hours after the first AOR?

Yes thisa is the AOR of the sponsor. My husband (sponsor) recieved it a day after my AOR.

Hi I am also under student. My Application was made on 2014 for the student. I submitted a new police clearance from my home country for the spousal sponsorship. The validity of the police clearance in my country is only good for a year. Thus, I submitted a new one.

i honestly dont know.. i came in canada as a worker (live in caregiver)and since then never been outside if canada..so i dont know if i have to do a medical too since i did all this before i enter canada... they just received my application dec 11 and got AOR jan 15.After i submit my sched A and police cert .they said no additional documents needed.. I"ll let you know if there is a progress

I know. It actually still worries me. Hahaha! I just hope it wouldn't be a problem in the future and besides, they'll be able to see their own letter of request in our accounts.
