November OWPs are being approved - ours was Nov 22 and I've seen a couple approved from the 26th and such... you should get your OWP approval very soon!

Our OWP arrived in the mail today! Approved Feb 15, 2018 after resubmitting Nov 15, 2017. So glad this part of the waiting is over!! Now to go and get a SIN and a job :D

Has her visitor visa already expired? If it has and your OWP has been returned then she is out of status completely, and will need to apply for restoration of status before she can resubmit her OWP app... I hope that's not the case and that she's still in status for a bit longer!!
