Hello,

I have applied to Ontario college diploma and it's got rejected. These are the reasons visa officer has highlighted in the refusal letter.

1) Current employment situation
2) Your personal assets and financial status.

I will reapply for the September intake. From where should i begin? Expecting ideas from the experts.

Thanks.

You ll get many of replies on this thread. You re Indian right
No need of caips
You have a very less ielts score dear
We need atleast 6.5 with 6 each.
Colleges may accept u but it's officer discretion how he looks upon on ur application. Strongly recommending u no caips. Repeat ielts and get a good score atleast 6.5 and above you ll successfully get visa. Next time apply in a SPP college or university rathwr than private college. Pls email me at
Prajwalsharma@hotmail.com for further questions.
You re refusal grounds were may be
Given your academic performance, language ability in specific bands and maybe course irrelevant for sure.
Please repeat ielts . I am strange how u were misguided.Repeat ielts, you can mail me for further ques.
Be Positive
Hope for the best

Still don't you think he should get caips? He has a lot of time since he is now going for September intake and caips doesn't cost much too. Definitely go for IELTS. Your score is too low. Go for 6.5 or above. In the meantime order caips. Maybe it'll reveal something new.

Agreed, your IELTS is far too low. Remember you are going to study in an English speaking province, which requires an good understanding of English.

Just like to point out you have BSc and you are applying for diploma courses......probably another factor in the refusal.

True. You should go for masters. That would make more sense.

That is why go for caips, maybe there are other reasons of refusal mentioned there.

Agreed. Given the refusal reasons there is probably a lot more to the refusal than just IELTS scores. Best to find out exactly what the concerns are and address them. Nothing to stop you improving your IELTS score while you wait for the notes.

Bro he is been misguided by an wrong consultancy if he go with an Good consultancy they ll guide him with proper guidance which course
N all so. Caips are not reqd acc to me they are when probably he doesn't know the ground of refusal. Clearly by seeing profile many of facts are cleared why refused or so
Ielts
Proposed course of study
May be the irrelevancy too

I disagree entirely. If he applies for caips he will know the real reason he got refused and then he can rectify the reasons and make his application stronger. It may be one of them, it may be both of them, it may be them and other reasons. But I would say the IELTS needs to be improved while he is waiting for a more in depth explanation. We have seen countless people on this forum finding reasons that were not explained on the original refusal. But it's up to the OP

“Bro”, he was refused for current employment and finances! How then did you come up with IELTS scores if it’s so obvious the reasons for refusal? Refusal letters use generic reasons for refusal, that may or may not be related to the actual concerns. A good consultant (which seems pretty difficult to come by) would, if they were any good, order the CAIPS to review before suggesting a course of action. And the applicant is still responsible for the application.....I much prefer have the understanding and control of my own destiny than someone who could care a less if I get my visa or not.

Good consultants are difficult to come by and since he is already going for IELTS which is a month long process, he should simultaneously order caips. There is no harm and it will make his case stronger if he is able rectify any other reason for refusal on it.
