Fresh EE profile and Job Bank Question :)

Hi Guys,

Hope all is well at your end. I made my EE profile last night. If theres a draw and the cut is below my CRS will I receive an ITA?
Also I have not yet registered for the job bank. Can I do it after that I receive the ITA?
Suggestions are welcome

job bank is not a requirement anymore but yes you can join
