Another question: is there any contact number to call and postpone the Test / Interview, if we have to travel on an emergency? Kindy advise.

You were giving people advice from 2015 to call CIC that means you at least know the process . google dot com. cic customer service.

As stated if you speak to a CIC Agent about Urgent Processing, they will send a personalized link through which you can upload the attachments as a reply to their email itself. Unsolicited upload may not be accepted.

Thanks again for directing me back to my post, which was for PR Card renewal expediting the process! Now the query was on how to delay /postpone the Test / Interview for Citizenship. Anyway, I will call the CIC Customer Service and follow their advice.
