How to make a job offer valid under PGWP?

Hi guys, I am about to apply for PR but I wish to have the extra points to secure it, so how could I make my job offer (full-time, permenant) a valid offer under Post Graduate Work Permit (Open work permit), if my employer willing to do, would a LMIA helpful?

As you're holding an open work permit you would need LMIA to claim points for a valid job offer.

I have checked the procedure for LMIA application but it is very hard to understand, and according to this forum, there are lmia for TSW and lmia for PR, which one should I apply, suppose I am with the low wage.
