Hello everyone!
I really need some advise please. ..

I have a concern, if I should raise cse for this or not!

ITA - 24th Jan.
eAPR - 26th Jan.

I am claiming CRS points for 11 months of work experience for (NOC-6211). I attached all the required documents for this position as per cic i.e. Reference letter from HR, job offer(signed and handed back to employer on July 29th, 2016), and roles and responsibilities.

I was given a copy of this job offer same day(for my reference), which I didn't sign and date at the moment. I signed my own copy on August 21, 2016, as this was the date I actually started the position. This is my stupid mistake as I should have put the correct date to start with.

My concern is that the job offer states on the last page that I have to accept, sign, date and return this offer to the employer by July 31, 2016, if I wanted to accept this position. Which I already did as that copy is with the employer!

Now the letter I uploaded, is signed on August 21st (stupid me!!!!!), which contradicts with the contract itself as it had to be signed/submitted by July 31st to the employer.

I am confident if, VO reaches out to my employer, will be satisfied as I did accept the offer and worked 11 months as stated in the Reference letter. I am worried if, VO will straight away reject my application, as the job offer was signed/dated after the acceptable date of July 31st.
What should be done in this case??

Appreciate all the help. ..
Thank You!

No need for a CSE as it is not the appointment letter, but the reference letter which is important and the job duties. Also the work reference letter will have your starting date on it. Only in cases where IRCC senses any concerns, will they contact your employer.

Thank You very much!
I can breathe calmly now. ...
Will be getting GCMS after 30 days, as I want to be on top of this.
