India Visitor Visa | Where to send passport

Hi,

I recently applied for visitor visa to my mom through CIC web site and I got an email from CIC to send the passport. When I browse vfsglobal India website, I could not find the exact address to send the passport for stamping. Also, I am not sure where to pay the service charges to return the passport. Please help.
