Under University Category, I am going to show the proof of fund by following means

1) GIC (covers 1st year living)

2) Bank Loan offer ( Covers- Full Tuition for two years)

3) Father's ITR for past two years (4L/annum appx)


Is it necessary/ advantage to show bank statement, CA Statement and Property documentation while applying for VISA?

Usually it takes 25-45 days , sometimes it may get approved early
