Proof of Work Experience

Hi folks,

I was working in hospital for more than 3 years. My degree in nursing science made me pretty flexible, therefore I was working in 4 different positions (clinical research, care consultant, head of case management department) to fill gaps when no qualified staff was available, but all based on my degree. Because the administrative part was huge, I am planning on going for NOC 1241 (Adminstrative Assistant) or 1243 (Medical Adminstrative Assistant) which seems to be the best fit.

I have a letter from my former employer which states each position, the department I was working for, salary and times from xy until xy. In addition, I have for two position reference letters that are more detailed. I have more work experience in other clinics, but to get all documents together won`t be easy and more likely a long term project.

I was wondering if this will be accepted or/and do I have to proof that I was working for 3 years+ in the same position, for example as research associate?
Any help is very much appreciated.

You are missing key pieces of information such as duties/responsibilities. For more information:

• should be an official document printed on company letterhead (must include the applicant’s name, the company’s contact information [address, telephone number and email address], and the name, title and signature of the immediate supervisor or personnel officer at the company),
• should indicate all positions held while employed at the company and must include the following details: job title, duties and responsibilities, job status (if current job), dates worked for the company, number of work hours per week and annual salary plus benefits; and"

The letter I have has all required information apart from duties for each position. The HR department said it is their standard letter and there is no chance to get a new one with more details. That's how it is and I have to suck it up... So I am not sure about what to do.

Ask a colleague to write those and provide proof that they work at such clinic.

It s pretty complicated, but to keep it short: I had only two colleagues in this position and both are not working there anymore. We were just about to set everything up to get started, but due to unforseen circumstances the research facility got shut down. The head got fired, my other colleague left at the same time and I started in a different department of the same hospital. I already check with the labour union, there is no chance to get a new official document.

I´ve been working in Canada under a skilled NOC, but my salary is lower than the NOC´s average. Does this mean I will not be given points for Canadian Experience when I appy to Express Entry? Please help. Thank you!

Hello

I need help with calculating my work experience for express entry. Please find details below

Admin Assistant-Jan 2019- present
Personal Banking associate- Aug 2016- Aug 2017
Admin Assistant- July 2015- Aug 2016
*Different NOC

I plan on claiming 2 years work experience and choosing my primary NOC as Admin Assistant as that is what I am most interested in.

Please help me know if this is enough to qualify under foreign work experience for express entry (FSW Program)
