It is IP (In Process). I was surprised myself when I saw they were able to start processing after only 1 day. On the ECAS it says "3. We started processing your application on January 26, 2018.". I was able to access ECAS on January 25th, 2018.Updated!
Edit: wait, is your application in process (ECAS status "In Process") or did you mean you're now able to access ECAS (status is "Application received") ? I see that you got AOR just yesterday. Thanks
I think they felt guilty for letting you wait so long for the AORIt is IP (In Process). I was surprised myself when I saw they were able to start processing after only 1 day. On the ECAS it says "3. Exam at 115?
Mine was the same and I'm not anywhere near Toronto, or at least not close enough for that to be my processing office. I suspect it is a clearing house type thing for FP requests. The letter i got for fingerprints is mailed from st clair office toronto
Does it mean my processing office is toronto?
I was thinking it to be in mississauga coz i live in brampton and thought the applications for brampton is processed in mississauga
It seems there is a primary and secondary office assigned for some GTA applications. Your primary CPC is likely Missisauga, and secondary is St. Clair. Someone else on the forum had a similar case. The letter i got for fingerprints is mailed from st clair office toronto

There are two Citizenship program support offices for clearing fingerprints. One is in Vancouver and other in St. Clair.Mine was the same and I'm not anywhere near Toronto, or at least not close enough for that to be my processing office. I suspect it is a clearing house type thing for FP requests.
