WES - PGDM not being accepted

Guys , I received my WES report today where they have mentioned that my PGDBM from SCMHRD is not valid as it is from a non recognized institute. Has someone had the same issue ? How does one resolve this ? The college is recognized by AICTE and is now a deemed university.

Was it recognized by UGC for the academic years when you studied?

Yes I believe so. However I will check this with my college. How can this help though ?

You would need the UGC approval/certificates that specifically includes your study program + for each year that you studied there.

Despite this, there are no guarantees that your PGDBM would be recognized. Nonetheless, you might want to try the suggestions in this thread:

I have an ECA from wes that states Canadian equivalency is three year of post secondary at non recognized institution.i studied higher diploma in culinarily management.what does this mean? I am applying permanent residence through Atlantic immigration pilot program.can I use this ECA ??

Hi Jj80, I have also done PGDM from SCMHRD and got the same result. WES report states Two Years of Post Secondary Study at a non-recognized institute.. And in remarks it states the credential is not comparable to a completed Canadian education credential
