Sitting at 434 .maxed out on my scores for ielts .Should I go ahead with pnp if I get a NOI .or wait it out .I strongly feel that by April invitations would oncrease or there will be atleast 1 back to back draw and I might get. ITA .

If the extra 1500 CAD is not difficult for you to arrange, strongly suggest you to go for PNP. The draws are highly unpredictable and no one can tell for sure which way the draw will swing next.

So got my IELTS results (no TRF yet) and as per canadavisa.com CRS calculator my points are now 438. So should I try to improve my scores by getting my spouse to give IELTS or will this score good for any upcoming draws?? Any thoughts?

Nomination is not the same thing as NOI (notification of interest). The person that got the nomination must have sent his application last November or sooner.

Yes that's right. But I think it was typo error as profile creation date is Jan 20 2018
