Physical Calendar - Missed Trips

I have a very general question for people who frequently travel to states and missed to declare their trip in residency calculator.

What happens if your stay become less than 1095 days? What is process CIC handles such issues?
Is it considered mistake or misrepresentation ?

Since it's no longer a residence requirement but a strict physical presence threshold (C24, still valid in C6), the application will end up, after a long period (2 3 years...) in a hearing with a citizenship judge, who has the choice between telling the person to withdraw his application, or refuse the citizenship grant, regardless of the fact that he will probably believe the applicant when told it's an honest mistake.

Not really worth the wait... A withdrawal at the exact moment someone finds out he's fallen under the 1095 limit is the only thing to do.

What to do when, for example:
You submitted your application and you were present for 1300+ days,
You missed one trip (10 days out of the country)?
