WES Evaluation query

Hi

I am confused about starting Wes Evaluation. Some says need to create account first and then apply for transcripts by giving WES form and reference number written on it.
However some people says that we can get transcripts first then create account and mention the reference number on envelope.

Can someone please share the right way to get it done?

Hi Nancy,
First of all, next time when you ask a question provide full details - such as your degree and university / country - at times it depends upon the country.

This is how I got my WES evaluation done :
1. Created an account and saw the process.
2. Went to college/university in my country (india) - paid them fees and they sent me sealed envelopes of transcripts in 2 months (yeah slow buggers)
3. Paid them the fees to WES. Got my reference No. Put it on sealed envelopes of transcripts, sent a copy of my degree certificate + marksheets in another a envelope. Clubbed them together in bigger envelope
4. Reference no. - I mentioned on the sealed envelope of transcripts and also on the other copies which were not sealed.
5. Used DHL for courier, reached them in 3days
6. As they got the courier, I got a msg on my WES login that they got my docs.
7. When they saw them, they updated - docs under review
8. Then after few days - they updated- checking with university
9. Got my evaluation by WES in just 18 days.
10. got my one-page evaluation PDF and hardcopy
