We didn't know either! Havana VO seems like they do things their own way lol. No updated on ecas. Looks like they didn't receive the results yet. most likely the hospital didn't send them yet/weren't picked up yet/waiting in the mail room in embassy. they said any request for new police check would be via email (only if they needed it if this one they have is expired for them)

Lol it does seem they do things their way. we ordered a new police check last week as it expires end of March. Crossing fingers that everything goes fast for us.

I ordered December 24. Got it in exactly a month. My background check started Jan 22 but those details were not in the Notes. It all says not started. So I guess it was useless to ordee it as December and January they are slow because of the holidays and stuff. So Ill wait a month before ordering again. Hopefullt i get PPR before i order fingers crossed .

sometimes some bgc are glitches specially if you've seen the notes, i ordered notes too 3 months post aor2 i wonder if i'll see anything by then... how long were you transferred when you ordered the notes? btw what month app are u?

Maybe, Also it still says we need more documents when i already submtted it and confirmed with vo that they have everything. Dont know why that was not updated with Ip2 status. And Im a July 20 aplicant. Transfered to vo Oct 12. Meds passed Everything sumbitted online. Just waitinf for Ppr now. so frustrating. Getting jelouse that others are getting it faster, lol but still very happy for everyone . All the best guys !!

im waiting for news since LVO took my papers i heard nothing since sept. we have no additional docs but since then i got nothing from them

You can't call LVO just email and they seem to reply everyone with copy paste generic emails.

Bogota VO also calls the applicants. I know more cases, but in mine, they called me to request passport photos for the visa and the CPR

Hi all
Can anyone guide me here please. I got my PPR on 7/12/17 with a deadline of 15 working days but as I was traveling so I sent an e mail provided in the letter of PPR. The visa office replied that its fine and i can submit my passport as soon as i am back and mentioned that its not going to affect my application as my file has been approved.
Sent my passport on 5th Jan thru VAC in south africa pretoria which was received by the embassy on 8th Jan as per VAC record.
Status on my CIC was updated on 4/1/18 with my visa expiring date as 18/10/2018 (that is exactly one year after my medical was done) but under the document it says its invalid (as the deadline of 15 days ended on 3/1/18). Still waiting for my passport with visa and COPR.
Does any one have any similar case?
Does the visa officer here in pretoria south africa dont update cic abt the situation to extend the deadline on cic account?
i am worried as it has been almost 2 weeks without any update

No, I had my medical exam done this Tuesday, and same day sent the passport photos for the visa and the COPR. I should be getting DM next week.
