Regarding CSQ

Here is my situation.

I am in Montreal, Quebec as a student doing Masters here. I applied for CSQ through Mon Projet online application in August 2017 and waiting for document request still. Now I m getting married in January 2018.
If i do not get a Document request after my marriage then what should i do?
And if i get a document request after marriage then what should i do?Please help
Anyone who falls in the same category or has any experience of this situation. Please suggest what should I do.

If you have work experience you can apply your PR application directly in Express Entry it will be much faster and easy. Forget about CSQ as it will take long time.
Or if you still want to go through CSQ procedure you have to add your wife after getting married. If document request comes before married then simple send your's but after getting married update your application in mon Project if you have option.

Do you personally know a lot of people who applied for EE from Quebec and settled in Quebec after that?
