yes, on my app it's all included (old pic up to wedding pic), you just collage them, so can fit for the 20 pcs. maximum or just choose those you think relevant on you app. (e.g wedding pic in church with groom/bride family, wedding pic in reception with guest, etc)Does the 'max 20 pics' include wedding pics or just the other occasions? I was going to send about 75 wedding pics (mehndi/nikkah) and about 20 more of other occasions but wasn't sure of the 'limit'.
Do you know if they used the 'old' package from before December 2016? given the timeline of 8 months it would make sense that they used the new package, but the old packages could still be submitted till January 2017.I find it hard to cover everything with 20 pics. Also, I'm getting mixed answers. I met someone at the airport few days ago who recently got visa (her process took 8 months) and she told me they sent a lot more than 20 pics.
The IRCC instruction...says max of 20 Pics....but 20 may not be enough to fully highlight your marriage, if you did like traditional, religious, reception, etc.Does the 'max 20 pics' include wedding pics or just the other occasions? This may seem a really silly question, but what would be the least amount of photos that someone would have sent?
I totally understand the limit, it must be hard to deal with so much evidence, and I completely get the need to want to submit as much as possible.
I'm just concerned as I tend not to take a lot of photos.
No, don't use discretion.IRCC instruction say....max 20 pics.
But i recommend sending the IRCC max 20 pics plus additional 10 to 20 pics, if required to cover all your marriage events and be able to fully highlight your marriage.
A little more is better than not showing enough to highlight your marriage......PLEASE USE YOU DISCRETION.....
It says up to 20 pictures so theoretically you could send none, but it won't help your case. if you can't get to 20, I would supply a well-written note in the bundle stating exactly why there aren't that many photos and try to address any concerns that the visa officer might have. Point out that the photos you did provide show your relationship, and describe how they did. This may seem a really silly question, but what would be the least amount of photos that someone would have sent?

So, based on that logic, when does the extra 20 turn to 30 and then to 85? Cause you need to make sure that you include that picture of your long lost aunt sitting with your husband at dinner 4 years ago.......c’mon people. It’s just not that hard to understand. It 20 picture please! What if you have a civil service at city hall and you don’t want to include the pictures of the homeless people lining up for free lunch, cause there was no one else there to take pictures with? Pictures do not establish your relationship. Pictures are mearly supporting documents. The reason for 20 pictures, as previously pointed out, is to streamline the process. Applications were, in some cases taking years to complete, partially due to the reams of unnecessary documents people would send....hundreds of pages of pictures, and txts and Facebook pages, that someone has to sift through and find a ways and means to retain. Stop making this more complicated than it is and for those trying to expeditiously process application. But i recommend sending the IRCC max 20 pics plus additional 10 to 20 pics, if required to cover all your marriage events and be able to fully highlight your marriage.
It certainly is, but based on the number of posts about this (and my other favourite, the dreaded STAPLE question), it seems apparent that simple instructions are impossible to comprehend! I don’t get it.but Its a pretty simple instruction.
haha, I used three paperclips to hold my two (headshot) photos to a blank piece of paper. Please don't yell at me.(and my other favourite, the dreaded STAPLE question).
