Is it true that cic processing times for a pr for pnp nominated candidates are longer than the normal Candidates?? And is there any way for me to track or check the status of my pr application?that's a normal timeline that cic takes to process application and issue copr/ PR. Will be anywhere around 6 months.

Hi,You can get the reference letters from your organisations(if any). For the current company, be prepared to request instantly after received NOI. Save the payslips and other documents like promotion(change in designation), etc.
Moreover, scan all the documents and check the file sizes not to exceed 4MB. Get translations from authorized translator for any document which is not in English/French
I hope this is not the case but if it is then it's a pretty cheap and pathetic approach. Their target should be to have deserving people and people with scores of around 400 are more than deserving. People around 400 have been waiting to get NOI or ITA since a long time but instead they keep inviting high scoring people who have just entered the pool and are ill-prepared to submit the docs in the given time frame.Looks like Ontario is targeting scapegoats to get some easy money. Anyone with 440+ CRS would wait for direct ITA in next few draws rather than going with PNP nomination. Only newbies who don't know much about the system will fall for this trap. Very unethical practice from Ontario. Shame on them.
Update:
Or may be they are going to try a new strategy this time.. Probably they will reduce few points on every draw and send invites. For example, If next EE draw lowest CRS is 430, then Ontario might send invites to all those who have CRS 425 and above .. and so on...

327 and OINP NOI? It could possibly might have happened when Ontario invited ICT occupations last year in June/July. You can't expect it to happen this year just based on that. That s not the case.. i have a CRS score of 327 and got a NOI and also nominated by ontario and ITA around the same time...
