If it was full time, I guess you are eligible.

Check for your NOC category and skill level, a quick search gave me, "chefs -( NOC 6321-B)". Verify this once and you should be good to go.

You will need employment verification from your employer detailing your job responsibilities as a chef and it should match with your NOC category.
