Long awaiting TRV visa prosesing

Please help, I applied for a two weeks TRV on 3rd of January from Lagos Nigeria for my leave vacation which will commence on 1 February 2018, till now I have not gotten any reply from Canadian embassy and my traveling date is close. Can I request for a reshedule of my leave letter from my company to allow the period the CIG will respond to me so that they will not hold that against my refusal of visa? Someone told me I can write to IRCC inrespect to that. Please reply thanks so much

Do not rely on the timings mention in CIC website. Its better to reschedule your plans as processing times are longer then usual. You need to be very patient and calm.

Thanks so much for your reply, is there any need to upload a new leave rescheduled letter to IRCC via their web plateform? Hope they will not look at the leave letter to deny my visa?

i applied on 8th and still waiting however time is 20 days from my place so it is not about time and from Nigeria it is taking more longer so be patient and good luck
