Hi all my total Physical Presence 1,113.5 days
Is it enough to to apply
Do you guys think should i apply now or should I wait more days.
When it is best to apply. Or, whether one should wait despite meeting the minimum requirement. These are very personal decisions, best made based on the particular facts and circumstances in the individual's specific case.
A margin which only covers the possibility of mistakes or miscalculations only provides insurance against a negative outcome.
A consideration often overlooked is to what extent the prospective wants or is expecting routine processing without any wrinkles. 1095 days works, if and when IRCC agrees that the applicant was actually physically present that many days. So if ultimately the applicant can prove 1095 or more days, the outcome should be taking the oath.
However long that might take.
Most applicants prefer the shortest, smoothest path to the oath.
Cutting-it-close is not the way to achieve that.
There are many particular considerations worth taking into account. Most are common-sense. Many have been discussed at some length in various topics. Obvious ones are related to travel history including pattern of travel, related to the extent the applicant has continuing ties abroad, related to the extent the applicant has a solid work history or the contrary, related to the stability and permanency of the applicant's residential history in Canada . . . anything which can tend to support an inference of a life being lived in Canada versus anything which might suggest continuing ties or activity (especially employment or business) abroad.
