Calculations I have done on net new applicants entering the pool at different CRS point levels, based on the CRS pool distributions:

From oct 26th to Nov 9th:
above 440: 171 per day
above 430: 239 per day
above 410: 272 per day

From Nov 9th to Nov 30th:
above 440:174 per day
above 430:213 per day
above 410:237 per day

Nov 30th to Dec 18th:

above 440:171 per day
above 430:197 per day
above 410:215 per day

Dec 18th to Jan 4th
above 440:161 per day
above 430:195 per day
above 410:211 per day

Jan 4th to Jan 18th:
above 440:163 per day
above 430:193 per day
above 410:221 per day
is your above 410 including positions on top? like above 410 should include 430 and 440 as well :p If so it's not that terrible...

Yes you are correct, it is cumulative. above 410 does include above 430 and above 440 also

for example if you want net new entrants between 410 and 430 for jan 4th to jan 18th, it would be 221-193 = 28 per day

likewise between 430 and 440 for jan 4th to jan 18th would be 193 - 163= 30 per day

Hi guys,

I have been following a lot of forums lately trying to complete my EE requirements. I am done with the most and left with one question which still hasn't been resolved. I would really appreciate if you could please try and give it a shot. Here it is:

I was a dependent in a paper based application that my father filed to IRCC (cic at that time) for an investor's program. I was 17 years old then. The application was in process that in 2014 the entire investors program got terminated by the conservative party. Sometime later my dad received his application fee fully refunded along with the paper based application that he sent and that was the end of the story.

Now I want to apply for EE and I’m not too sure how to answer the question: “Has xxx applied to immigration, refugees and citizenship Canada before?”
Should I answer yes? or
Should I answer no?

Your advise will be much appreciated. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Thanks :)

hi! Been following this thread since september. It's comforting to see strangers become friends here and support each other. :) anyway, my spouse and I sits at 431 for quite a while now. not losing hope but feeling edgy. Can someone give us advice? should we go for OINP? or take ielts again to improve score? Many Thanks and keep the hope burning! :)

Hello! Please advise! My crs score is 424 , im married but my spouse speaks poor English and hasnt taken ielts. Im waiting for his WES evaluation, which is due on 5 feb, adding me some points. Hopefully ill have 434.

Without a spouse, if i choose the options married but my spouse is not coming to Canada with me, my score would be 448!!!

Thats so sad ive missed chances of being selected((

Can i withdraw my spouse now, obtain pr and unite with him later in Canada via family sponsorship?

Will it be possible if i wuthdraw him now fron my EE applucation?

How will i explain it to Canadian Immigration now?

Another question: is it possible to withdraw my husband now, get OINP (i have IT noc in demand and high score for Ontario), get my nomination and extra points for EE, and after add my spouse to EE application when my profile will be subject to federal level check (i will already have additional 600 points from Ontario by then).

Has anyone done smth like that?
If u can wait and have patience nothing like it. Like Bill Hayat wrote they are in the process of clearing the backlog of files and once they get it done they wud increase the no. of ITA's and eventually the score would come down. More over ul have an option of ONIP too as they wud give NOI in installments and may ask ppl to recreate their profile.

Sponsoring a family member is a cumbersome process and may take time

Hello, The draws are very unpredictable so if you do get invitation from OINP and you don't mind spending 1500 CAD extra, go for it without a second thought. It's better to have something in hand than wait for an uncertain future.
