CEC Proof Of Fund

Hi,
Please help me out on the below clarification.

1. I have credit debt and going to repaid fully before submitting an application.
2. Also I mentioned proof of fund as 0, since applying under CEC program.
3. Since I mentioned proof of fund as 0, whether still required to show my all credit card statements and details.

Seniors and experts please clarify above mentioned points. Thanks for all your valuable advice.

Upload a letter stating that you are a CEC applicant and thus, you are not providing POF. No other details are needed from you.
