Visa rejections usually have no effect on PPRs, especially not routine ones like yours seem to be. Just answer yes.

I had one L1 B blanket Visa rejection in past . It was rejected at US consulate in Chennai .. I did mention that in the Visa rejection question .

Any kind of refusal /rejection/deny , please mention.

I have a related question. Should I say yes for this question even if my H1b "change of employer" petition was denied while I was in US for which I have not even gone for VISA stamping or VISA interview? Looks like my petition was also denied for the same reason one of the users had posted (job offered is not a specialty occupation).

My H1B petition was never approved because of something similar too. However, in my case I never got a form 221g which is only provided for visa rejections and not for petition rejections. Hence, I am not sure what to answer for the statutory questions.

I applied for H1 through my employer in 2017 April. Later date it picked up in Lottery.
I left to India permanently in November 2017.
Till Nov 2017 my employer kept saying no response so for my H1B.
So I have no clue whether it got accepted or rejecfre or still on hold till date.
My AOR is 6th Mar and currently waiting in IP1.
I have answered in statuary questions No denials.
Now i am worried... And emailed to employer seekin
