Hello Guys,

I Landed on 01-Nov-2017 at Sarnia. Am seeing Status as "Your application was approved. Check your messages below for details." (Since Dec 27th 2017) but there are no messages. i can also see the Card valid until Dec 2022. How long does it take for the card to get dispatched and received.? ?

Anyone in the same boat??

When did your status changed?

Its depends on delivery location. They ship it on time of approval.

Hi guys ....I landed at Pearson Airport Toronto on 19 Jan ( Friday) ... the officer gave me a form to update my address .....but I am unable to do it online or reach the agent on the number provided on the form

Anyone has any experience related to address update ??

Usually you can tell them the address like where you wanna receive your PR card. By default they have the one from where you receive your passport at time of passport request.

you can fill the address on the form given to you by the agent and fax it. there is a fax number on the address update form.You can use free online fax service like hellofax. I had the same issue .i have since received my pr card

Nov 26, 2017 - Landed.
Jan 12, 2018 - Documents under review.
Jan 17, 2018 - Approved.
Jan 22, 2018 - PR Cards received in mail.

July 21, 2017 to Jan 22, 2018 total 6 months from submission to PR cards.

If you are in Toronto its should have delivered in 2 to 3 days. Call them and ask.

Its around 60days that you will receive your PR card.
You will be able to see changes by 55+ days to you file and you check your status by going to CIC website and linking your PR application.
Fill in the exact info required to link your file.

19 jan: Mail received to resubmit photo (3rd time)
23 jan : card approved!
