yes, but candidates hors of quota. Nobody has received CSQ of june and auguest intake 2016

Got an intention to reject in July 2017 because they lost a paper
Got another intention to reject in September 2017 because they lost another paper
Still waiting, when I call at least they say the file is complete. Still waiting.
