I have CSR points of 446 and my profile was created on the 22nd of November 2017. My NOC is 0125.
However, I haven't received a NOI from Ontario. I'm pretty worried about this.

The criteria is not fixed i suppose. It is their discretion. Hence nothing to worry.

Have u given TEF exam ? Just to make sure its under HCP and not under french stream. Did u give french exam ?

Money is not a issue.however if the points drop slightly lower than 446. I am sure it's better to get a direct ITA. I have to accept this invitation within 45days?
