Travel history in USA mess up due to the missing departure records

Hi everyone,

I need help from you guys. below is my travel history in USA. I got this from I-94 website. I lived in the border for five years. I noticed that many entries in the USA do not have departure records for example the earliest departure record was recorded November 16 2013, and I already had 3 entries prior to that departure. I dont know why some of the departure records are missing. Will this cause any overstay in the country? Also do I need PCC from USA. I believe i did not cumulatively stay in the USA for more than 6 months because i only go there for dinner and return. Since there are some departure record missing, will I be considered to be more than 6 months in USA?

But I actually cumulatively stayed their around 90 days in the last 10 years. I lived in a border city so no stamp from the U.S on the way back. and i found this on the I94 Websiite

I never said you should prepare to provide it because of spending more than 6 months cumulative in the US, I am recommending this approach due to your situation and to save you processing time in the event that it is required during the processing of your application.

If you have a way to fill in the blanks then go for it.

Why do you need entry/departure info from I-94 online form? You will not be asked to provide this record, right? If some of the information is missing from I-94 records, then this is not on you. All it tells is that the records are not in one place, so online I-94 form does not give you a complete picture of your entry/exit dates. If you need it, you can obtain your complete entry/departure info using freedom of information act (FOIA) request at https://www.foia.gov/how-to.html. For now, complete all the travel dates even if they are not on your I-94 records (can use passport stamps, for example). Then, in LOE explain that you didn't obtain US PCC because your cumulative duration of stay in the US was less than 90 days.
