Completely fine. Only get PCC translated and also attach translation of IQAMA.

Does anyone here has the canada embassy request letter for saudi pcc. I sent an email to canadian embassy in riyadh and it has been 2 weeks and no reply from them. I heard its a standard arabic letter black and white and you have to fill details manually. If anyone has it, please help me.

There is requirement for affidavit from translator but they do not do that here in saudi. Is it mandatory or only pcc with translation from a certified translator will be enough?

Can somebody help me understand, if i need a PCC from Saudi Arabia if i am on a visit Visa, and not on IQAMA, but the stay is 20 days every month. I flyback to India every 20 days and then come back again. The total time of stay with this mode of travel in Saudi Arabia is not more than 180 days.
Please support to understand if the Saudi MOI issues PCC only for IQAMA or for work visit visas/business visa as well.

You cannot apply for Saudi PCC as you do not have a resident permit. You need to explain your trips to Saudi and what was you status and purpose of visits in LOE. Mention that Saudi PCC will be provided only to Resident Permit holders.

You will have to explain this in a Letter of Explanation which you will submit with the application.
Hi Shaks_great: Can you help in understanding the PCC from Qatar as well. I was in Qatar for a year on QID and needs to understand how can i get the PCC while i am not present in Qatar now (as i am in Saudi Arabia). Due to ongoing issue between Saudi Arabia and Qatar, the Qatar embassy is also shut down and cannot get the required documents from there.
I have currently shared all the Docs scan copies (Passport, QID, India PCC, Entry/Exit Stamps, Power of Attorney, PCC application form) with my friend and asked him to go to the CEID office in Qatar Salwa road tomorrow. Will this help.

1) PCC from Saudi Arabia will have passport number or Iqama number?
2) Do we have to include Iqama copy and translation to prove the legal residence in Saudi Arabia when making online application?
Please share with me what action did you take for the above two cases, and what was the result. i.e it got rejected or accepted and granted PR.

We are receiving computerized Saudi PCC, where there is an option to ask Police official to mention your passport number on the PCC, they will consider and mention it. Sometimes they will ignore your request also saying Saudi PCC is issued based on legal Saudi ID which is Iqama and not passport.
Saudi PCC will be issued only with Iqama number and passport number is optional. Even if you do not have passport number on the Saudi PCC it does not matter and it is 100% acceptable.
Along with Saudi PCC (original +certified translation) scan , you need to submit your Iqama (original+ certified translation) scan.
Add Iqama (original+ certified translation) in Police Certificates document and also in Work Experience document. Also add you Iqama in Proof of marriage document for your dependants, if any.
There are tons of Certified translators in Saudi. Google depending on your location and you will find many. Choose anyone of them as there is no preference.
